USDC to XMR: swap USD Coin to Monero without KYC

Wagyu turns USDC into Monero with no account and no identity check. Send USD Coin from Arbitrum (default, cheap and direct) or Ethereum to a one-time deposit address and receive XMR at your Monero address. Fee 2%, shown in the quote. Minimum about $20. About 2 minutes on Arbitrum; Ethereum timing varies.

USDC to XMR measured median execution: 0.9 min across 86 completed swaps in the 30 days ending Oct 27, 2026, 5:11 PM UTC. Measured from deposit detection to the final recorded workflow step; excludes the wait before sending and wallet unlock time.

How the USDC to XMR swap works

1. Pick the USDC network and enter your Monero address

Arbitrum by default: the route is direct and the transfer costs cents. Ethereum mainnet works too.

2. Send USDC to the deposit address

Exact amount, from any wallet or exchange withdrawal on that network. Native USDC only, not bridged USDC.e.

3. Confirmation and execution

The XMR leg trades on Hyperliquid's orderbook.

4. XMR arrives at your address

Fees, minimum and time for this route

  • Wagyu fee: 2% for this route. The quote also shows applicable routing, trading and rounding costs. Your deposit transaction network fee is paid separately. The final output can change with the market during execution.
  • Minimum: about $20 on the default network. Another network or amount can change the quote.
  • Time: about 2 minutes from deposit detection to completion on the default network. Confirmations and large orders executed in slices can take longer. This is the measured median over the last 30 days.

Times are approximate for the default network, from deposit detection to swap completion. Confirmations, order size and your selected network can change the timing. XMR can appear in your wallet before it becomes spendable.

Before you send

  • Have your Monero receiving address ready. A standard address starts with 4, a subaddress with 8; both work.
  • Pick the USDC network first: Arbitrum by default, Ethereum mainnet in the token selector. The deposit address depends on it.
  • Send native USDC only, not bridged USDC.e, and keep a little ETH on that network for gas.
  • Send the exact amount shown in the order, in one transaction, and save the order link and its private session key.
  • Check the address bar. The only official domain is wagyu.xyz.

Which Monero wallet to use

Wagyu sends XMR to an address you control, so you need a Monero wallet before you start. On desktop, Feather Wallet is light and quick to set up, and the official Monero GUI can run a full node if you want one. On mobile, Cake Wallet (iOS and Android) and Monerujo (Android) are the common choices. Write down the seed phrase, then copy a receiving address into the swap form. Incoming XMR shows up within minutes; Monero makes it spendable after 10 confirmations, about 20 minutes.

Why buy Monero with USDC on Wagyu

USDC is the stablecoin of on-chain finance: it is what you hold after selling on a DEX, what you receive from a payroll or a marketplace, what most Arbitrum wallets already contain. Swapping it to Monero is the shortest path from that balance to a private one. Wagyu asks nothing about you, screens before the swap and refunds a blocked address to its origin, so a deposit is either swapped or refunded, never held. The rules are in the compliance policy. USDC has an issuer that can block any address; XMR has none, which is the whole point of the swap.

Frequently asked questions

Which USDC networks can I send from?

Arbitrum by default and Ethereum mainnet. Pick the network in the token selector so the deposit address matches. Send native USDC, not USDC.e.

What is the fee?

The Wagyu fee is 2% on this route. The quote shows applicable routing, trading and rounding costs before you send. Your deposit network fee is separate, and the final output can change during execution.

How long does it take?

Typically about 2 minutes from deposit detection on the default network. This is the measured median over the last 30 days; confirmations, order size and network conditions can change the timing. The widget shows the estimate for your actual swap.

Is there a minimum?

About $20 on the default network for this route. Check the quote for your selected network and amount before sending.

Can Circle block the USDC while it is in transit?

Circle can block USDC at any address it targets, which is one reason people move to Monero. On Wagyu a deposit is either swapped or refunded, never held, and the XMR you receive has no issuer at all. The rules are in the compliance policy.

What if I send USDT by mistake?

Send only the token shown in the order. A deposit on the wrong token or chain moves the order to a refund state with a refund address form; the order page shows the recovery details.

Do I need a Monero wallet first?

Yes. Wagyu sends XMR to the address you enter, so create a wallet first (see "Which Monero wallet to use") and paste its receiving address. Wagyu never holds your coins.

Is the rate fixed or floating?

Floating. The quote is an estimate and the deposit amount is exact. The XMR you receive follows the orderbook during execution; large amounts are executed in slices to keep slippage low.

Can I swap XMR back to USDC?

Yes, and the Wagyu fee is 0% in that direction. See Monero to USDC.

Can I swap Monero to Zcash on Wagyu?

Yes. The Monero to Zcash page pays ZEC to your shielded u1 address with its current fee and timing shown on that page, and the Zcash to Monero page goes the other way.
